Sector 9 Bamboo Series Longboards
If you're into bamboo longboards Sector 9 has a great selection in their bamboo series. They have everything from mini's at 26.5 inches long to the big longboards at 46.0 inches long. They are all fully constructed of 100% bamboo wood and with styles that are street, carver and even down-hill.
The sector 9 bambino is the smallest of the bamboo series at just 26.5 inches long. It is super light weight fast, smooth riding and and turns on a dime. The barong is the next step up in size at 30.8 inches long as is more old school inspired like a skateboard of the 1970's or 80's. One of the most popular sector 9 bamboo boards is the haleiwa which is the bamboo / sidewinder series board that comes with sidewinder trucks which creates the sharpest hardest carving available to longboards. The laniakea is also another classic sector 9 bamboo shape that is great for cruising or the parks as it really is a true hybrid longboard. The sector 9 waimea is also another favorite among longboarders in a classic carver shape at 38" long. The pipeline is a true carver series longboard in a pintail shape at 46" long and is even a good board for downhill riding. The newest addition to the sector 9 bamboo line-up is the sector 9 sunset however it has been discontinued at this time until further notice as they are working on improving the board at this time.
